Job Description:

Sales Systems Enablement & Commercial Support

-
Administer user access and licenses across Salesforce and related commercial platforms, including user provisioning and de‑provisioning, license assignment, role‑based access changes.

Support access governance and compliance by maintaining license inventory, conducting periodic access reviews and reconciliations, and helping resolve access or license discrepancies across Salesforce and related tools.

Collaborate with commercial team to ensure critical sales execution and forecast data is recorded in Salesforce.com

Manages Salesforce data cleanliness and data quality on an ongoing basis

Help develop and manage end user and administrative training documentation in supporting sales training & onboarding program

Provide ad-hoc system support by troubleshooting the user issues and providing user guidelines

Drive process improvements, system enhancements and automation opportunities where possible.

Manage sales territories and account mapping through SFDC

Reporting & Analytics

Manage SFDC dashboards and sales metrics reporting and analyses

Update and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with the latest business results and commentary

Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and optimization of reporting processes and data sources.

Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce.com, customer satisfaction reports, Excel spreadsheets, etc. to aggregate into reports and business insights.

Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from the global commercial team.

Work closely with Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders to design and develop system reports and dashboards in alignment with strategic initiatives

Collaborate with peers in finance, marketing, and other parts of the business to streamline analytical functions and outputs.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives pertaining to Sales Optimizations

Support competitive intelligence generation by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing commercial and market‑related data to inform sales and strategic discussions.

Job Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).

At least 1 year of hands‑on Salesforce experience, focused on building and using reports and dashboards to analyze data and generate business outputs.

Strong Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and produce accurate, well‑structured analyses.

-
Detail‑oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work quickly while maintaining first‑time quality.

-
Comfortable working with data to identify insights and improve workflows and processes.

Curious about business processes; experience supporting process optimization or automation is a plus.

Strong organizational and English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and business mindset, with the ability to understand commercial needs, take ownership, act with urgency, and translate data and requirements into clear actions and high‑quality deliverables.

Able to clearly communicate data and insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Willingness to work in modified (time zone) shift to accommodate global communication and collaboration
