A growing real estate company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have a passion for real estate, client communication, and digital marketing — we’d love to hear from you!

- Call leads to set up appointments.

- follow up to keep in contact.

- analyze property values with access to systems.

- create pdf from template.

- create marketing for SM.

- Create simple Video for Tiktok with a template.

Tools: Follow up Boss, Vulcan 7, FB, insta, Tiktok MLS STellar, Zillow

Schedule: Part time - Mornings (EST)

Requirements

- Experience with posting on Social Media

- Video editing skills

- Marketing knowledge

- Sales Experience

- English Proficiency C1+
