Build and execute a regional sales plan aligned with business objectives

The essential requirements of the job include:

Proven track record of B2B sales success in the Norwegian water sector (channel or indirect sales experience is an advantage)

-
Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

-
Experience working in performance‑driven, multinational environments with strong focus on KPIs, forecasting, reporting, CRM (SFDC), and data‑driven decision making

-
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Norway and occasionally Europe

-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
