Sales Manager (Marine Service Sales)

- Business development for a range of services entails figuring out and creating business plans by exploring opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Conduct sales visits and cultivate new clientele using tactics aimed at augmenting market portions in the domains of marine, offshore, power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industry.

- Create and carry out all strategic sales plans to meet sales performance targets and advance business objectives.

- Organize and cultivate relationships with both current and potential clients.

- Coordinate with operation staff to prepare quotes from subcontractors and answer customer questions.

- Talk about technical capability, manpower, and schedule details with operation personnel in order to obtain a quote.

- Create cost estimates and draft quotes to send to customers or sales representatives.

- Communicate with customers, sales staff, and operation personnel. Oversee ongoing projects that are currently underway.

- Keep an eye on and respond to important customer needs
