What we expect:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong sales track record;

- Fluency in written and spoken English;

- Existing relationships with clients and agencies in the industry;

- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets;

- An innovative, strategic mindset - you don't just sell, you build.

What you'll be doing:

- Bringing in new advertisers and building long-term partnerships with them;

- Leading sales initiatives aligned with the company's overall strategy;

- Negotiating contract terms and driving revenue growth;

- Acting as a consultant to partners - sharing market insights and global best practices;

- Acquiring new media partners and implementing products;

- Representing the company at industry events, locally and abroad;

- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge base of the online advertising landscape;
