About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential B2B customers, including engineering leaders, QA teams, and IT decision-makers. 2. Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and sales research tools. 3. Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to generate qualified conversations. 4. Follow up with prospects across multiple channels and maintain consistent outreach. 5. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule relevant meetings for the sales team. 6. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for prospect research, personalization, messaging ideas, and improving outreach. 7. Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. 8. Continuously test and improve messaging based on prospect responses and campaign performance. 9. Work closely with marketing and sales to maintain consistent messaging and improve lead quality. 10. Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
