Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Food Ingredients (Email + Phone)

We’re hiring an SDR to drive outbound growth in the food ingredient space. You’ll do manual, personalized outreach via email and phone only (no automation, no LinkedIn), manage a pipeline, set meetings, log everything in our CRM, and re?engage prospects who ask for documentation or samples. You’ll also: Write a short newsletter every 2 weeks. Occasionally do basic video editing. Help with day?to?day sales/marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Research and contact target companies in food ingredients (manufacturers, formulators, R&D, procurement, etc.). Run full outreach cycles: initial contact ? follow?ups ? qualification ? meeting setting. Document all activity and pipeline stages in our CRM. Re?engage prospects requesting spec sheets, technical data, samples, etc. Write a bi?weekly newsletter (300–600 words) on company updates and industry insights. Perform light video editing (trimming, captions, simple cuts). Support ongoing operational tasks (list updates, reports, coordinating samples).
