Sales / Appointment Setting VA (with Real Estate Experience)

Overview: We’re hiring a confident Sales / Appointment-Setting VA to help generate new business for a growing real estate media company. What You’ll Do - Make high-volume cold calls to real estate agents and team leaders - Build rapport and introduce a FREE real estate media shoot/package - Book appointments with interested prospects - Follow an established script and proven sales process - Follow up with leads and update the CRM - Study successful call recordings and improve performance What We’re Looking For - Experience in real estate cold calling, ISA, appointment setting, or sales - Real estate media sales experience is a major plus - Excellent spoken English and a professional phone presence - Comfortable making a high volume of calls - Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills - Coachable, consistent, and results-driven - GoHighLevel experience is a plus
