Job Description

- Technical Lead/PM with overall 10-12 years of experience who can work with Sales team in the RPA domain.

- Excellent communication skills required to interact and support customer.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with CxO’s

- Good Understanding of various RPA Tools and technologies (UiPath, Blue prism, AA etc.)

- Able to conduct/understand RPA discovery and feasibility,

- Analyze RPA ROI and identify easy RPA wins for the customer.

- Must have handled RPA implementation of at least 5+ RPA business processes.

- Good to have – implementation experience of large RPA projects.

- Good Domain knowledge on areas related to RPA process implementation like Finance, HR, Healthcare, Banking etc)

- Good knowledge on cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)

- Experience with Dev ops, CICD

- Good project management skills in executing/implementing RPA projects.

- Experience in Agile methodology implementation and execution.
