📌 Key Responsibilities

- Monitor transactions and customer activity to identify fraudulent patterns.

- Conduct risk assessments on new and existing customer accounts to evaluate potential threats.

- Escalate complex cases to senior staff and collaborate with compliance and KYC teams for further investigation.

- Assist the customer support department for swift resolution of fraud cases.

- Analyze fraud trends and propose strategies to enhance fraud prevention procedures.

- Document findings, maintain case records, and prepare reports for management and regulators.

📌 Requirements

- Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, or compliance

- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret data and spot anomalies.

- Familiarity with fraud detection systems.

- Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.

- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
