Position Overview
Rhumbixisseekinga customer-focused and technically capable Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations, drive customer adoption, and deliver operational value for our construction clients. This role bridges technology, construction operations, and change management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with construction industry knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with field teams, executives, and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria

Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and businessobjectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)

Configure theRhumbixplatform to align with customer requirements and best practices

Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to useRhumbixmobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity

Data Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payrollexportsso data flows flawlessly into systems like Sageandother ERPs

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developers
Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting

Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms

Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk ’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $92,000 and $164,560. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
