Reporting MIS Executive | Remote (India)

Job Summary

We're looking for a Reporting MIS Executive to support reporting, dashboard development, and business analysis within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate has strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills, excellent English communication, and prior BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain operational and management reports.

- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI.

- Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Generate insights to support business decisions.

- Automate reporting processes where possible.

- Work closely with operations and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of reporting/MIS/Data Analyst experience.

- BPO experience is mandatory.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas).

- Experience with SQL.

- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Working Arrangement

- Remote (India)

- Monday to Friday

- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM IST

Additional Requirements

- Must be based in India.

- Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.

- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
