DESCRIPTION: Psychological Dimensions is a growing, innovative, and industry-leading Atlanta-based police and public safety and risk management forensic consulting firm looking for a Hybrid/Remote Staff Psychologist to join our diverse team. Our mission is to providestate-of-the-art forensic risk management psychological evaluations to law enforcement, public safety, and private organizations. Our firm also conducts risk assessments and consultations with television networks and the media. Psychological Dimensions ’ services primarily include psychological pre-employment screening, critical incident debriefing, wellness training, and annual wellness visits, specialty placement assignments (e.g., SWAT), risk and threat assessment, and police/public safety and corporate fitness for duty evaluations. For additional information about the firm, see our website at: www.psychologicaldimensions.com About the Role The Remote Staff Psychologist will: - Undergo in-depth training to develop the skills necessary to excel in police and public safety/risk management psychological consulting. - Conduct remote pre- and post-offer psychological evaluations with public safety agencies/private corporations. - Conduct remote psychological risk/threat assessments. - Conduct remote psychological fitness for duty assessments of law enforcement, public safety and civilian personnel. - Provide remote day-to-day client support concerning hiring and officer safety and wellness. - Conduct remote critical incident debriefings. About You The Remote Staff Psychologist will have: - An independent, unrestricted license to practice psychology in your state (license-eligible will be considered if currently independently licensed to practice psychology out-of-state). - PSYPACT Eligibility - Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). - 2+ years of experience in practicing high-quality psychological assessment. - A strong understanding of psychological test interpretation. - Superb writing skills and excellent efficiency in report writing. - Independence and will be self-motivated and directed. - Superior technological abilities to handle working remotely using Office 365 and video conferencing.
