ABOUT US We are a London-based premium property maintenance and renovation company. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and decorating, flooring, bathrooms and full refurbishments for high-end residential clients in Central London. We are NOT a property management company. We do not handle tenancies, rent or lettings - we carry out the work. If that distinction is unclear to you, this role is not your fit. --------------------- ---------- . THE ROLE You are the voice of the company. An enquiry arrives - you answer it fast, ask the right technical questions, build trust, and turn it into a booked job. You then run it: scheduling, staff coordination, quotes, invoices, follow-up. Roughly 60% client communication and sales, 40% coordination and admin. --------------------- ---------- . NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS 3.1 PROVEN PHONE SELLING You have sold maintenance, renovation or construction services to brand-new customers over the phone. Not inbound customer service. Not admin. Selling, to strangers, and closing. 3.2 SPOKEN ENGLISH A UK CLIENT UNDERSTANDS IMMEDIATELY Clear and easy to follow on a phone line. No repetition needed, no hesitation while you search for the word. Written English to the same standard. 3.3 REAL TRADE KNOWLEDGE You should already know what first fix and second fix mean, what "making good" involves, the difference between re-skimming and re-plastering, what tanking a wet room is, and the difference between eggshell and satinwood. If you are searching these terms right now, this is not your role. 3.4 CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION OR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE BACKGROUND Minimum three years, and at least two of those working remotely for a company serving an English-speaking market. Local-market-only experience is not sufficient. 3.5 REMOTE COORDINATION EXPERIENCE You have managed field staff and jobs you could not physically see. 3.6 SYSTEMS ServiceM8, ---------- or an equivalent job management CRM, used daily. 3.7 HOURS 8:00am to 5:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Full time. No exceptions, no partial overlap. --------------------- ---------- . WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO - Answer and convert inbound enquiries, same day - Chase and close outstanding quotes - Prepare accurate quotes and invoices independently - Schedule tradespeople and manage the diary - Keep detailed job notes and follow up relentlessly with clients and staff - Flag problems early and improve the process as you go --------------------- ---------- .
