Position Overview

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals and reporting results. You will play a direct role in revenue generation, working closely with prospects and ensuring a smooth, professional sales experience.

This is not a support-only role. You are expected to think and perform like a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing

- Conduct cold calling and appointment setting

- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via call, text, and email

- Qualify prospects and present service offerings

- Close deals and convert opportunities into booked jobs

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data

- Create daily and weekly sales reports

- Ensure consistent follow-up and no missed opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2+ years experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing roles

- Proven ability to handle the full sales cycle independently

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Confident in cold calling, objection handling, and closing

- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and accountable

Requirements

- Based in the Philippines

- Reliable work-from-home setup (own equipment and stable internet)

- Available full-time (40 hours/week)
