Remote Product & Packaging Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Remote Product & Packaging Designer to join our growing team. This role will be dedicated to creating high-quality packaging, product assets, and supporting e-commerce graphics for our brands, FoxyBae and Style Edit . The ideal candidate is technically proficient in packaging design, print production, packaging engineering (die lines), file preparation, and 3D rendering, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency across a high volume of SKUs. This role also requires a tech-forward mindset, with the ability and enthusiasm to leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline creative workflows, improve productivity, and enhance product imagery and rendering processes. The successful candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple product launches simultaneously while delivering accurate, production-ready artwork and maintaining exceptional quality in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Packaging Design : Conceptualize and execute design layouts for boxes, labels, product manuals, and collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all SKUs. - Technical Precision : Prepare and manage die lines, print specifications, color profiles, and production files to ensure every artwork is accurate, print-ready, and ready for internal review before submission to manufacturers. - 3D Rendering : Create high-fidelity 3D renders for internal presentations, buyer decks, and concept approvals. - AI Integration : Leverage AI design tools to increase efficiency in the creative process, particularly for product imagery and PDP graphics. - DTC Ecommerce Graphic support : Support the creation of graphics as needed to drive e-commerce performance. - Collaboration : Work closely with our digital/DTOC design team and leadership to ensure cohesive visual identity across both print and digital channels. - Produce accurate, production-ready packaging with exceptional attention to detail. - Follow and continuously improve the team's packaging QA process. - Manage multiple product launches while maintaining organization and version control. - Collaborate effectively with graphic designer, product development, and marketing teams. - Contribute ideas for improving packaging workflows and design efficiency through AI and automation. - Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions and zero preventable production errors. - Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: - Proficient level of English (written and spoken). - Ability to work remotely and proactively communicate progress, ask clarifying questions, and incorporate feedback from internal creative leads. - Proven professional experience in packaging design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering software is essential. - Deep understanding of print production workflows, packaging engineering - (die lines), and file preparation. - Demonstrated curiosity and experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance design speed and productivity. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of SKUs (30-40+ per year). - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). - Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. - Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. - Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. - Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs. - Interested in long-term career opportunities. - Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
