WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:

Radiology Partners , through its affiliated practices, is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the nation. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.

Pediatric Radiology Alliance has been in practice for 20 years reading 100% pediatric teleradiology and has been the number one pediatric teleradiology service in the USA during this era. PRA is currently a group of approximately 20 full or part-time CAQ subspecialty pediatric radiologists who work together in a collegial manner. Most of these fine radiologists have been part of our team for many years. PRA currently provides teleradiology coverage in these states: AZ, CO, CT, KY, IL, IN, NE, NY, NV, TN, VA servicing nationally regarded children's hospitals.

The Practice President is a dynamic physician leader responsible for the overall clinical performance, strategic direction, financial performance, and long-term success of the Practice. This leader serves as the primary advocate for Local Practice’s long-term interests, ensuring that decisions and actions align with Radiology Partners ’ mission, values, and strategic priorities.

As both a clinical leader and culture bearer, the Practice President fosters a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on excellence in patient care, innovation, physician engagement, and fiscal responsibility. The Practice President represents both the Local Practice and Radiology Partners as a national practice and serves as a key partner to operational leadership in advancing practice performance.

PRACTICE PRESIDENT - POSITION SUMMARY:

- Serve as the primary advocate for the Practice’s mission, values, and strategic priorities, modeling behaviors aligned with Radiology Partners ’ ITESA values (Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Service, Accountability).

- Foster a collaborative, engaged, and supportive physician culture that promotes professional growth, physician satisfaction, and clinical excellence.

- Be able to maintain the partnership with onsite practice leaders (chiefs of radiology or their designees and lay administrative directors) at our client facilities, adapting to their internal practice routines, being a part of the onsite team while working remotely.

- Lead regular Practice-wide meetings to strengthen relationships, promote transparency, and reinforce alignment around key initiatives.

- Champion the differentiated value of being part of Radiology Partners , fostering strong connections within the Local Practice and across the broader RP network.

- Lead or designate leadership for recruitment efforts to attract top radiology talent aligned with the practice’s clinical and cultural standards.

- Partner with Human Resources and clinical leadership to ensure an effective recruitment, onboarding, and integration process.

- Recruit and retain exceptional pediatric radiologists to help grow the practice team. Radiology Partners has multiple facilities that could use pediatric teleradiology support, and recruitment of a much larger assemblage of readers will be supported, with overnight teleradiologis
