Remote Phone Support Advocate

Work From Home | Full-time | $1.75 per hour | 35 hrs./week Are you comfortable speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our growing remote team supporting dental clinics in the U.S. This is a long-term, work-from-home opportunity with consistent hours and performance bonuses. What You’ll Do: Your main role is to help patients stay on track with their dental visits. Tasks include: - Answering calls - Calling patients to confirm or schedule appointments - Helping book patients who missed or haven’t scheduled yet That’s it — clear, structured tasks with guidance and scripts provided. Pay & Schedule: - $1.75/hour - 35–40 hours per week - Weekends & U.S. holidays off + Commission for every successfully scheduled appointment What We’re Looking For: - Clear and confident English-speaking skills - Friendly and professional attitude on the phone - Must have basic computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Office. - Strong internet connection and own computer - Quiet workspace for taking calls - Willing to use time-tracking and screen-monitoring application for HIPAA compliance - Take an online qualifying training (paid upon successful hiring) Experience is a plus but not required — we provide training.
