Remote Lemon Law Attorney

** Responsibilities **

- Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions

- Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings

- Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims

- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings

- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

** Qualifications **

- Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice

- Active law license in CA

- Strong written and oral advocacy skills

- Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms

- High attention to detail and excellent organization

** Training Requirement **

- 30-day onsite training at our Los Angeles office required before transitioning to full remote status

- Training covers firm procedures, case management systems, and client service standards
