Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We’re looking for Sales Representatives to support our clients’ sales programs while also assisting with inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office operations. You’ll represent some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping customers find the right solutions and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Use your training and product knowledge to answer questions and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using company systems.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Protect customer privacy by handling confidential information responsibly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Stay current by attending training sessions and reviewing updated materials.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your work schedule.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent .
- Strong communication skills —both written and verbal.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems .
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution , and customer follow-up.
- A customer-first mindset : empathetic, patient, and responsive.
- Ability to multi-task , stay organized, and work independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment .
