Support Engineer | Remote | FinTech | Open Source | Startup Hi there. We are Interledger Foundation and are looking for an experienced Support Engineer (5+ years) who can build the entire support function for our Wallet from the ground up. This is a contractor position, initially. USD 6700/month. Please send your resume and brief motivation to [email protected] Basic requirements: Understanding of web and mobile applications Comfortable troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and system behavior Ability to operate autonomously and make pragmatic operational decisions Nice to Haves: Experience supporting financial infrastructure or cross-border payment systems Prior experience in open-source or nonprofit environments Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) Experience defining on-call rotations and incident response frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools Experience with distributed scaling or remote support teams
