Remote ERP IT Program Manager requires:

- 7+ years of project or program management experience

- NJ Remote.

- Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives.

- Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.

- Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.

- Finance Transformation programs.

- ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.

- Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.

- Organizational Change Management initiatives.

- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.

- PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions.

- Highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of the Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Finance Transformation program.

- Strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.

DUTIES:

- Responsible for driving execution discipline, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing dependencies, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program progress, risks, issues, and decisions.

- Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders while ensuring delivery against critical transformation milestones.

- Lead recurring project status meetings and document outcomes.

- Provide concise executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs.

- Develop and distribute project communications to stakeholders.

- Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication and reporting practices.
