About the Role
We’re hiring a Remote Reviews Specialist who is excellent on the phone.
This is not cold sales. Your job is to:
- Call homeowners after a roofing visit or completed job

- Run a quick satisfaction check (2–4 questions)

- If they’re positive, earn and guide a Google review while you’re on the line

You’ll be on the phone most of the day. Calls are short (2–4 minutes), structured, and measured. You’ll get scripts, training, and coaching — but you must already have the voice, people skills, and outbound experience to thrive in a phone‑heavy role.
What You’ll Do
- Call homeowners after in‑home roofing appointments and completed jobs
- Confirm their experience with the rep/crew:
- 1–10 satisfaction rating

- “Anything we could have done better?”

- When the experience is positive:
- Ask if they’d be open to leaving a quick Google review

- Text them a direct review link

- Stay on the line and walk them through posting the review in 60–90 seconds

- When the experience is negative:
- Listen, acknowledge, and capture the issue

- Put the homeowner at ease, escalate the problem to our client, share the review link if they'd like to leave a review

- Log call outcomes, notes, review promises, and posted reviews accurately in our system

- Hit clear daily and monthly targets for:
- Calls

- Conversations

- Reviews generated

You’re a Great Fit If…
- You have very clear, neutral, easy‑to‑understand spoken English for U.S. homeowners

- You sound like a professional office manager at a local trades company, not a script‑reading call center agent

- You can make a stranger feel at ease in under a minute, without turning it into a 10‑minute chat

- You’ve worked in a phone‑heavy outbound role before:
- Cold calling

- Appointment setting

- Collections

- Inside sales

- You’re comfortable:
- Making hundreds of dials per day

- Hearing “no” repeatedly

- Handling the occasional upset customer without getting flustered

- You like having a scoreboard (calls, conversations, reviews) and getting paid more when you produce more

- You can follow a script while sounding natural and human

Minimum Requirements
- Located in the United States or Canada

- Experience in a phone‑heavy outbound role (call center, sales, collections, appointment setting, etc.)

- Exceptionally clear spoken English; strong, stable, engaging + professional phone presence

- Reliable high‑speed internet and quiet, professional workspace at home

- Your own computer and quality headset suitable for continuous calls

- Able to work 9:00am–5:00pm ET, Monday–Friday

Compensation & Performance
- OTE : $5,000–$6,000/month (base + performance bonus)

- Bonuses are tied directly to the number of reviews you generate, above a clear baseline, with simple daily and monthly rules
