What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with members through scheduled virtual appointments to provide education, guidance, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include:

Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments.

Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.

Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.

Guide members through the enrollment process.

Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.

Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.

Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.
