Remote AR Support Advocate (Dental Billing)

Work From Home | Full-time | $1.75 per hour | 35 hrs./week Are you detail-oriented and enjoy behind-the-scenes work? We’re looking for reliable team members to support U.S. dental clinics with billing and account tasks. This is a stable, long-term remote role with training provided — perfect if you’re organized and willing to learn. What You’ll Do: You’ll be assigned 1–2 core tasks only, depending on your skills and experience: - Checking insurance claims status - Following up on unpaid or delayed claims - Sending or resending claims - Preparing patient billing statements - Posting payments into patient accounts *You won’t be doing everything — we keep tasks simple and focused so you can do your role well. What We’re Looking For: - Organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable using a computer and basic tools (Excel, etc.) - Good English communication (for notes and occasional calls) - Reliable internet and personal computer - Willing to learn and follow clear processes *Dental billing experience is a plus but not required — we provide training.
