We help homeowners with roof inspections, storm damage, insurance claims, roof replacements, siding, gutters, and more. We're looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking people who want a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Compensation $2.00 USD per hour Performance bonuses available Opportunities for raises based on performance Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialing system Follow a provided script Schedule FREE roof inspections for our sales team Update customer information accurately in our CRM Maintain a professional and positive attitude Meet daily appointment goals Requirements Excellent English speaking skills Clear speaking voice with minimal background noise Reliable high-speed internet Computer with headset Quiet work environment Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently while following directions Preferred (Not Required): Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience Sales or customer service experience Roofing or insurance experience Training We provide: Paid training Call scripts Daily coaching Ongoing support to help you succeed Schedule Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Central Time) 1-hour unpaid lunch break Optional Monday hours available for additional income Success in This Position Our goal is to schedule qualified homeowners for FREE roof inspections.
