About the Role
The Network Support Assistant provides essential coordination and administrative support to ELAW's global Network by assisting the Network Support Associate and Regranting Manager with the day-to-day administration of network activities, subgrants administration, partner engagement, and database management. This role helps ensure accurate information, organized processes, and responsive support for ELAW's international community.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while supporting partners across cultures and time zones. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help mission-driven programs operate efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate administrative and logistical support for ELAW's Network Support and Regranting work.
- Maintain accurate partner and subgrant information within organizational databases and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the administration and tracking of regranting activities, including documentation, reporting, and deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic files, records, and program documentation.
- Compile grantee data and materials for analysis, data graphics, and reporting,
- Draft, proofread, and distribute communications to network members, partners, and others.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries or direct requests to the appropriate team member.
- Coordinate collection and organization of program reports, supporting documentation, and other required materials.
- Assist with Salesforce and other database updates, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal staff across departments to ensure smooth coordination of Network Support and Regranting activities.
- Support process improvements by documenting procedures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4+ additional years of related experience).
- At least one (1) year of administrative, program coordination, nonprofit, or related professional experience.
- At least one (1) year experience working with databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience working independently.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and interest in working with an international network.
