Position Summary

The Regional Manager, High School Partnerships, is responsible for driving growth and expanding Penn Foster High School's presence within the K-12 education market. This role will manage approximately one-quarter of the United States, with focused responsibility for driving growth and strategic initiatives in designated priority states.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, strategic thinker, and trusted relationship builder who can connect authentically with School Leaders, School Counselors, District Administrators, and educational stakeholders. They are a proactive hunter of new business opportunities while maintaining a consultative, service-oriented approach that reflects Penn Foster 's mission and values.

Success in this role requires a unique blend of business development expertise, educational awareness, strategic territory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Job Functions
Drive Strategic Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to achieve enrollment, grow partnerships, and revenue goals.

Identify, prospect, and cultivate new school and district partnerships throughout an assigned region.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across the territory.

Lead complex sales conversations and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

Analyze territory trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies.
Build Meaningful Relationships

Establish trusted relationships with Principals, School Counselors, and district decision makers.

Serve as a consultative partner by understanding school needs and recommending solutions that support student achievement.

Deliver compelling presentations to school and district leadership teams.

Represent Penn Foster at regional and national conferences, industry events, and partner meetings.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.

Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing market intelligence, partner feedback, and growth opportunities.

Build strong internal relationships and leverage organizational resources to solve challenges and create value for partners.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of success in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or related field.

Experience working in K-12 education, educational services, EdTech, curriculum, workforce development, or related industries.
