Job Title: Recruitment Virtual Assistant (Sourcing + Admin) Job Description: I run a boutique recruiting firm in the US. I'm looking for a sharp, reliable researcher to take sourcing, posting, and scheduling off my plate so I can focus on client and candidate calls. I've been doing everything myself and need a right hand who can keep things moving without hand-holding. What you'll do: • Write and post job ads across multiple platforms • Search resume databases and LinkedIn for strong candidates • Build candidate lists with contact details • Add and update candidates in our CRM (Pipedrive) and schedule calls for me • Keep my database clean, organized, and up to date What I'm looking for: • University Degree (required) • Excellent written English (Required) • Fast and comfortable with technology and AI tools • A self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out • Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent • Recruiting or sourcing experience is a big plus Details: • Full-time, remote, 40 hours/week (flexible schedule, some US Eastern overlap preferred) • $800 USD/month for the first 30 days (trial), then $900 USD/month • Monthly performance bonus available for hitting targets • Long-term role with room to grow • Start: ASAP To apply, send your resume and a short note answering these: 1.
