Recruitment Partner (Senior) - Quality and Compliance

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities - Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed - Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping - Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps - Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping - Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Requirements - Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening - Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques - Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality - Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment - High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations - Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits - Salary range: 300,000 - 440,000 - Remote work arrangement (South Africa) - Opportunities for professional growth - Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. - Open communication environment. - Full medical coverage.
