Job Description:

As a Sales and NON-IT recruiter at Newnovation, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. This role will provide you with exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, enabling you to develop essential skills for a successful career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial resume screenings to assess qualifications.

2. Candidate Outreach : Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records, organizing candidate files, and ensuring compliance with documentation.

4. Data Analysis: Help in collecting and analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

- Completed Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to the team.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
