Recruiter

Summary SpartanX is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple departments and U.S. markets. This role manages the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to finding the right people, not simply filling positions. What You'll Do • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions. • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Review resumes and evaluate candidates against position requirements. • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders. • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process. • Extend verbal offers and coordinate with HR and onboarding teams. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and position requirements. • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles. • Maintain accurate ATS records, recruiting reports, and hiring metrics. • Create and maintain effective job advertisements. Qualifications • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. • Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred. • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organization and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers. Preferred Qualifications • Recruiting experience in solar, construction, electrical, or skilled trades. • Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions. • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms. • Experience with Rippling ATS or HRIS. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
