Receptionist VA

We are looking for a team member (Preferably male) to serve as a Receptionist for our USA based business (We are a Medical Doctors office). You will not be required to do any cold calling. Your job is to answer phone and take messages or direct the call the appropriate person, Call customers to remind them of appointments, and accept payment as needed. It's pretty simple... You will mostly serve as a phone receptionist answering inbound calls which may include taking payments over the phone, taking down messages or transferring the call to the appropriate person, setting appointments, and process the needed paperwork. We help a lot of people and you will be an important part of that process and our office. This is a full time job working 40 hours per week. We need to hire immediately Shift: 1.) USA EST Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST (PHI night 8:30pm to 5:30am) USA EST Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST USA EST Thursday and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm EST Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: 40,000 PHP per month Quarterly Bonus: We pay a bonus that is half of the 13th month every quarter (every 3 months)... so you end up getting 14 months of pay over 12 months. This is one of the many things our current Philippine staff enjoy. Paid Time Off: We have paid time off and have some Philippine holidays off such as All Saints day etc. We are very familiar with Philippine based VA's (we have 13 full time permanent) and include our Philippine friends as Pamilya, and as an important part of our staff. We have never had any of our Philippine friends quit as we treat everyone with respect and as an important part of our team. In fact, in 2022, we took our Philippine friends on all expense paid trip for two to Boracay, as a way of saying thank you. In 2023, we took our Philippine friends on another all expense paid trip for two to Alona Beach in Bohol. First week of April 2024, we took everyone to El Nido Palawan. March 2025, we took everyone to Boracay again. These trips are at no cost to our Filipino friends including food, travel, and lodging, and we stay at high end 5-star resorts such as Hennan resorts.
