Receptionist
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day front office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff or departments.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide basic information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
