Instagram Reels Editor (Part-Time / Contract) Hi there! I'm looking for a talented short-form video editor to join my world and help bring my Instagram content to life. Here's how it works: I record my content on my iPhone and drop it into a shared iCloud folder. From there, you take the reins. You pull the footage together into polished, scroll-stopping Reels and deliver them back on a consistent weekly rhythm. I'll always give you what you need to succeed, and once we find our groove, this becomes a simple, repeatable system we both love. I'll be honest about the kind of person I'm hoping to find. I'm looking for someone that is kind, a go-getter heart, and a smart, capable approach to their work. I don't have the capacity to micromanage, and truthfully, I don't want to. I want a partner I can trust to take the vision, run with it, and keep things moving. Your weekly deliverables: 3 to 4 Reels (10 to 15 seconds each) from my iPhone footage, complete with on-screen text, smooth transitions, and clean color grading One sales post, edited and ready to go One carousel post, created in Claude (don't worry, I'll walk you through my process) The details/pay: This is a part-time, ongoing contract role with a flat weekly rate of $40/week for the full package above. The workload is steady and predictable, so once we're in a rhythm you'll know exactly what to expect each week.
