Real Estate Data Research Specialist

Type: Full-Time Hours: 40 Hours/Week Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Data Research Specialist with at least 1 year of professional experience performing real estate data research for a U.S.-based real estate company or investor. You should have hands-on experience with: • Real estate property research • Collecting, organizing, cleaning, and managing property data • Property and government research websites • Skip tracing and data verification • CRM/database systems, preferably REISift or similar • Excel and Google Sheets — strong proficiency required You should be comfortable working efficiently with large amounts of data and following detailed research criteria and instructions.
