Real Estate Compliance Reviewer

This is a remote position. We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Compliance Reviewer to ensure all transaction files meet required compliance standards before approvals and payouts are processed. This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. real estate transactions, specifically North Carolina. What You’ll Do - Review agent-submitted transaction documents using compliance checklists - Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards - Approve or decline transactions based on compliance findings - Ensure no payouts are released without full compliance approval - Manage daily transaction submissions across Market Centers - Maintain accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time in all reviews - Provide clarification and support on compliance requirements when needed Requirements Requirements - 1–2+ years experience as a U.S. Transaction Coordinator - Must have North Carolina real estate transaction experience - Strong understanding of real estate documents and compliance processes - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setup Nice to Have - Experience with real estate brokerages or Market Centers - Familiarity with transaction management systems - Bachelor’s degree in any field ​ Benefits Work Setup - Fully Remote (Work From Home) - Full-time role Benefits : - Annual Bonus - Paid Time Off - Bereavement Leave - Health Insurance Coverage - Birthday Bonus - Monthly Internet Subsidy Originally posted on Himalayas
