Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – Wholesale Deal Sourcing (Remote)

I'm building a real estate investing and education business, and I'm looking for a sharp, motivated Acquisitions Specialist to help source and close wholesale deals. This role is focused on finding motivated sellers, negotiating contracts, and getting properties under contract at prices that work for our buyers. This is a great fit for someone who has real estate cold-calling/sales experience, is comfortable on the phone with sellers, and knows how to build rapport while still driving toward a signed contract. What you'll be doing: Calling and following up with leads (motivated sellers, distressed properties, off-market opportunities) Qualifying leads — determining seller motivation, timeline, and property condition Negotiating price and terms with sellers Getting properties under contract (purchase agreements) Updating CRM with call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules Following a proven script/process (I'll provide training and materials) Working closely with me to review deals before they go under contract What I'm looking for: Strong spoken English with a persuasive, confident phone presence Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, cold calling, or sales (real estate specific experience strongly preferred) Comfortable handling objections and negotiating on the phone Familiar with basic real estate terms (ARV, comps, repair estimates, motivated seller signs) — or willing to learn quickly Self-motivated and persistent — this role requires consistent daily outreach Comfortable with CRM and dialer tools (I'll provide training on our specific system) Available for 40/hrs per week Pay: $5/hour base, plus commission per deal closed (commission structure discussed with qualified candidates) To apply, please include: Your experience with real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales (please be specific — number of deals closed if applicable) Your available hours and time zone One sentence on why you'd be a good fit for this role REQUIRED — Video Intro: Send a short video (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself to WhatsApp ---------- .
