QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Desktop) - hourly, 40 hrs/week CT overlap

A US irrigation and water company. The CFO needs a reliable right hand for the books and close. This is operating-company work, not a holding-company job. Hours: 40 per week. Your working hours must overlap US Central Time. Pay: Hourly, $8-13/hr USD. Hourly only. Do not quote a weekly flat. What you will do - Post weekly Gusto payroll into QuickBooks Enterprise 24.0 (desktop). - Post weekly 401(k) contributions on the John Hancock site. - Reconcile a third-party general ledger into QB. - Reconcile American Express and post by class. - Help month-end close. - Build or update a daily dashboard: cash / AR / AP. - Help a weekly flash report and a weekly P&L by business unit. What you need - Real QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise experience. - Clean reconciliations. Class tracking. Payroll-to-QB. - 40 hours/week that overlap US Central Time. - Email / WhatsApp. Calls only when scheduled.
