About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness. 2. Conduct analytical assessments, provide ratings, and share feedback to improve AI model performance. 3. Perform research to support rating decisions and verify information. 4. Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards. 5. Identify and document guideline gaps, edge cases, and task-related issues. 6. Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required. 7. Participate in training, calibration sessions, quality reviews, and performance assessments. 8. Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and quality. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - 2. Must have been a resident of India for the last 5 consecutive years. - 3. Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs. - 4. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills. - 5. Experience using web browsers, search engines, and online research tools. - 6. Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone, and personal computer. - 7. Demonstrated research capability through professional experience or a strong track record of self-directed research and information verification. - 8. Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently. - 9. High level of creativity and logical thinking with the ability to achieve consistent targets. - 10. Experience in quality assurance, content moderation, data annotation, research, journalism, editing, or information verification is preferred. - 11. Familiarity with AI technologies, search engines, and digital content ecosystems is preferred. - 12. Subject matter expertise in areas such as popular culture, social sciences, STEM, medicine, law, finance, or engineering is an advantage. - 13. Additional language skills are beneficial depending on project requirements.
