Quality Assurance Associate
Our US Partner is an award-winning provider of services to young children with special needs. We are a top provider of autism and special needs services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers in New York in our centers and home care services.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data quality and a proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and integrity. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's data is reliable, accurate, and up-to-date.
This is a full-time role , on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality assurance review, addressing issues, and approval of electronic documentation.

Ensuring proper authorization for clinical services and coordination with clinicians to problem solve.

Ensuring all services are billed accurately and address any issues.

Provide reporting on activities, documentation, progress, and needs with clinicians.

Maintain 100% accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct analytical reviews to identify "unusual activity" or discrepancies within clinical and operational notes.

Manage a high-volume workload efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Cross-train to provide seamless coverage and support for other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably with US-based companies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and quality assurance review skills

High level of accuracy while working at pace in a high-volume environment

Ability to perform multiple QA functions within a hybrid and fast-paced operational setting
