Public School ALT - Utsunomiya (Direct Hire)

《　DIRECT HIRE　》 ALT for Public Schools in Utsunomiya City \[ Working from September 2026]. Thank you for your interest in working as an Assistant Language Teacher in Utsunomiya. We are looking for ALTs who can start teaching from September 2026, \[with the contract finishing on March 31, 2027.] (There’s a possibility of continued employment after the contract with the performance of your work.) *The successful applicant must be available to attend an interview in Utsunomiya. This position would ideally suit people who would enjoy working in Japanese elementary schools and junior high schools and would like to work in a stable environment as a local government employee. Applicants must possess a BA/BS (or equivalent) from a university, have an experience teaching English in Japan or have TESOL/TEFL/CELTA license. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (7 hours a day exclusive of break time) with a fixed schedule Monday to Friday (no evening, weekend or public holiday shifts). 10days paid leave, 20days sickness and wound leave **Please note only candidates considered for interview will be contacted.
