Project Manager (Utility BESS)

responsibilities - Manage project and commissioning works of Trina’s energy storage projects in the Europe cooperating with internal teams, suppliers and contractors - Support Trina’s project execution efforts by developing and executing commissioning plans - Manage and negotiate contracts with customers in terms of project delivery clause - Lead project effort to achieve commercial operations, and handover from delivery/construction team to the O&M team for each project - Comply with company policies, ensuring supplier and contractors follow up H&S regulations - Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules, DNO requirements and contractual obligations - Produce project progress reports and project‘s risk matrix requirements - Suitable engineering degree or qualifications - Related experience in managing project and commissioning work of electrical equipment in the context of Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects or other renewable energy projects. - Must have experience on adhering to safety regulations (CDM) in an operational setting - Strong experience supervising site activities amongst different contractors - Familiar with related electrical standards, Regulations and Legislation - Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions and stay focused/execute on goals under tight deadlines - Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interface with multiple parties (contractors, suppliers, client representatives) - CSCS card holder or eq. - Excellent MS Office capabilities, SCADA and MODBUS experience will be a plus; - Must be willing and able to travel in support of existing & new Energy Storage fleet - Passion for your work, strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, structured and dedicated way of working - Languages: Fluent English and Polish any other addition language will be a plus we offer you - A dynamic environment with high responsibilities and an independent working style - The opportunity for professional development and growth in one of the most fast-growing industries. - An environment of open communication where all ideas and opinions are valued - Collaboration with an international and diverse team from all over Europe - Possibility for remote work - Qualified training and support with our buddy system - A detailed introduction to our product portfolio - Competitive salary and a great bonus structure - Attractive additional benefits that vary depending on the country Originally posted on Himalayas
