Project Lead - Elits Digital Media

Our client Elits Digital Media is looking for Project Lead to work remotely.


 Position Overview:

 We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager (Remote) to oversee project execution, manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of client requirements—especially for projects coming from Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery

- Coordinate with BD team, freelancers, and internal departments

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Communicate with clients when required and ensure satisfaction

- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team

- Track progress and ensure on-time project completion

- Identify risks/issues and provide timely solutions

- Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements: Proven experience in project management (remote/agency experience preferred)

- Experience handling marketplace projects is a plus

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, etc.

- Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
