- Conduct regular quality-control reviews before client-facing deliverables are considered complete.
- Verify that campaigns are being implemented according to the approved strategy, scope, and client expectations.
- Coordinate campaign launches, automation deployments, website changes, landing pages, tracking, CRM updates, and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor outstanding client approvals, assets, credentials, and information needed by the delivery team.
- Maintain organized client documentation, campaign notes, approvals, and implementation history.
- Keep the CMO informed of major campaign developments, risks, strategic questions, and opportunities.
- Participate in internal campaign and production meetings as required.
- Help maintain a high standard of speed, accountability, communication, and execution across all War Horse Agency client accounts.
Primary Accountability
The PCM is the final person responsible for ensuring assigned client campaigns get delivered. While marTech specialists, developers, creatives, and other team members may perform individual tasks, the PCM owns the coordination, follow-up, communication, documentation, and successful completion of the overall campaign.
Success in this role means clients always know what is happening, team members always know what they are responsible for, ClickUp always reflects reality, and campaigns move forward without unnecessary delays.
