We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist to join our growing Design & Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform architectural plans and concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations, animations, and walkthroughs that help clients visualize their projects before construction begins. Position Overview The Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist will be responsible for developing realistic and compelling exterior and interior 3D renderings, animations, and walkthrough videos for residential and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with our Design, Drafting, Project Management, and Marketing teams to turn architectural concepts into visually compelling presentations for: Client presentations Design development Project proposals Marketing materials Website content Social media Promotional videos The ideal candidate has a strong eye for architecture, composition, lighting, materials, and realism, while also being comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 3D Modeling & Visualization Create detailed 3D architectural models from plans, drawings, sketches, or existing designs. Produce high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings. Develop architectural animations, walkthroughs, and fly-through videos. Create multiple camera perspectives and compositions that effectively showcase the design. Apply appropriate lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, furniture, and architectural details to achieve realistic results. Ensure accurate scale, proportions, perspective, and focal length. Video & Post-Production Edit and produce professional walkthrough and presentation videos. Perform post-production using Photoshop and/or other editing software. Enhance renderings through color correction, compositing, effects, and other post-processing techniques. Design & Collaboration Work closely with the Design/Drafting and Marketing Teams to develop visual content that meets project and marketing objectives. Interpret architectural plans and translate them into accurate visual representations. Adapt designs and visualizations to U.S. architectural and residential design standards. Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the quality and presentation of our 3D visualizations. Quality & Professional Development Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all visualizations. Manage assigned projects and meet agreed-upon deadlines. Stay current with 3D visualization technology, software, rendering techniques, and industry trends. Research and test new tools, workflows, and techniques to continuously improve AYNS's visualization capabilities. Qualifications & Skills Required 5+ years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualization/rendering. Strong understanding of architectural design and interior design. Ability to interpret architectural plans and construction drawings. Proven ability to create photorealistic architectural images and animations. Strong understanding of: Lighting Materials and textures Composition Perspective Camera positioning Focal length Architectural details Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Software Experience Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: 3D Modeling: SketchUp Revit 3ds Max Rendering: V-Ray Lumion Enscape Twinmotion Corona Renderer Post-Production & Video Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing software Experience with additional visualization, AI, or archite
