What You Will Get To Do - Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives. - Develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group. - Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and team capacity. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives. - Monitor project progress, chase issue resolution, and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors. - Organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. - Facilitate change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of master data solutions. - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance. - Measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects and their contribution to corporate objectives. - Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testing Who You Are You are a person that likes to keep things organized. You’re open minded and communicate easily with a wide range of cross functional teams in a large organization. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to enable your peers to deliver on multiple large-scale cross functional corporate initiatives. You’re comfortable highlighting how the work is staying aligned with business objectives, and ways we can drive process efficiency. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems. - Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices. - Understands master data management principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian and Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications. What You Get - Anticipated compensation for this role is $110,000 – 125,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 10% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives.
