Your team

Yousign – soon to be Youtrust’s legal team is made up of 4 people, and the apprentice legal counsel will report to the Product & Regulatory Legal Counsel. As a Legal Tech company, the legal function plays a central role in Yousign ’s activities.

Your missions

Starting in September 2026, as an apprentice legal counsel, your main missions will include:

Product compliance : contributing to product development to ensure compliance from the design phase, through go‑to‑market, and throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Regulatory watch : maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date knowledge within the legal team and operational teams, in order to secure and streamline day‑to‑day business activities.

Continuous improvement of tools : designing and rolling out tools and methods that simplify and optimise the work of the legal team and operational teams.

Ideal profile

The ideal apprentice legal counsel:

-
Is enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) in technology law or digital law, ideally with a focus on trust service providers.

- Joins under an apprenticeship contract.

Is comfortable with regulations applicable to trust service providers, in particular eIDAS v1 and v2, as well as the GDPR.

Is confident communicating, both written and spoken, in French and English.

- Is rigorous and highly organised.
