Product Owner

This is a remote position.

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Define and maintain a clear product vision , roadmap, and backlog.

Prioritize user stories and requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute sprints.

Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.

Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery of features, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Gather and analyze user feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment with company strategy and product goals.

Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.

Technical background in Computer Science is required.

-
Certified Product Owner (CSPO and CSM) – Mandatory .

-
Knowledge in ERP and previous experience as a Business Analyst are a plus.

-
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks .

-
Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining clear deliverables.

-
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

-
Experience working with cross-functional remote teams .

-
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana for backlog and sprint management.
