Job Description:

Mekari is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Product Operation Intern, ideal for someone with a strong coding background and a passion for problem-solving through technology. The intern will assist the Product Operations team in identifying non-optimal processes within the product development lifecycle and exploring automation or technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate with senior members of the Product Operations team to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current product development workflows.

- Research and evaluate low-code/no-code platforms and existing automation tools to improve processes.

- Leverage coding skills to create custom scripts, integrations, or tools when off-the-shelf solutions are not available or suitable.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, Product Operations, and Product Marketing to understand pain points and requirements.

- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and iterate based on feedback and usage metrics.

- Through this internship, you will get:

Requirements:

- Current enrollment or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

- Strong coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).

- Experience or familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Power Automate, n8n, Cassidy or similar).

- Knowledge of APIs, database systems, and integrations is a plus.

- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
